To start the VA loan process, contact us at 888-LOAN-391 (888-562-6391) or submit a VA loan application. Our expert mortgage lenders will assist with your VA application process and guide you each step of the way.

We will access your Certificate of Eligibility (COE) through the Veteran Benefits Administration to verify your VA loan eligibility and to determine your entitlement amount.  Additional documentation may be needed to support your VA loan eligibility.

Next, we’ll review your credit profile to confirm you’ll meet credit eligibility.  Expect to provide income documentation such as tax returns, pay stubs, W2s, retirement statements, and disability statements.

Once you’ve completed your paperwork and have passed the pre-approval review, you’ll receive a pre-approval letter stating your ability to borrow and your total benefits. This is a very important document to have before making an offer. An offer from a pre-approved buyer comes in handy when negotiating with home sellers.
